ELECTRICAL SCOOTER REGULATIONS IN AUSTRALIA 2023 STATE-BY-STATE OVERVIEW

In New South Wales, it's only lawful to ride electric scooters on private property. Regrettably, the Transportation Minister did not push through with e-scooter tests in Sydney despite the National Transport Compensation's (NTC) suggestion in August 2020. Until now, there's no news regarding this advancement, resulting in NSW dragging other states.
